This week in Year 2, we have been doing lots! We have been playing ocarinas in Music, learning all about the first moon landing in History and continuing to learning about money in Math.

Learning about Money in Year 2 💷

This week we have been learning about pounds and pence. We looked at different coins and their amount, we also started to look at notes! We opened envelopes and practised adding up the different coins.

Design & Technology Christmas Pop-Up Card Competition🎄

Well done to all of the children that entered the Design & Technology Christmas Pop-up card competition. We were blown away by the amount of children that entered. Each one was fantastic and it was so hard to pick a winner. Our KS1 winner was Moby, we also had two runners up, Khyla-Rose and Harrison.
