Today’s lesson will be recapping our doubles to 10. See if someone in your house can test to see how quickly you can recall them! Complete the worksheet below. Use your ladybirds from the beginning of the week to help you or see if you can remember the facts 🐞

What is success? Success is when we achieve something we have worked hard for.

Here is your challenge: Ask your grown up to set a 10minute timer. In those 10 minutes, using any objects you have at home, try to build:

• Spaceship 🚀
• Farm 🐷
• Car 🚗

Once you have completed this, go and show someone your achievement and success.

Your task today is to draw your goal (the object you chose to make) and then draw you building this object. Finally, draw a picture of you showing your family what you have made – celebrating your success.

For today’s first activity, you need to draw the same amount of dots on the other wing. Count how many dots you have altogether and this will be your answer. On the second worksheet, you need to repeat this process on the dominoes. This time, see if you can complete the number sentence to match. Remember doubling means ‘adding the same number twice’.
