TTRS Battle! 🏆

Hello Year 6 👋

On Monday at 8am, we will begin a Times Table Rockstar battle which will be …

boys 👦vs girls 👧! It will end at 6:30pm on Thursday.

We know how competitive you are … so this will be interesting! Who will be victorious?

Don’t forget that we will also be celebrating the most valuable players (MVPs).

We thought that we would let you know now, so that you can practise and prepare for Monday.

We are a few weeks into our home learning now, however for some of you it will be your first week. You are still making us very proud though Year 6! 🥰

Parents and grown ups you are doing a fantastic job supporting the children. I hope that they have repaid the kindness and done something lovely for you too! ❤

TTRS Battle Winners! 🏆🤘🥇

A very big well done to 6B who absolutely smashed it with a whopping 1123 points! 👏🤩 Followed by 6M in 2nd place and 6RB in 3rd place.

If you took part in the tournament, you should feel really happy about your contributions and teamwork. 😁

We would like to give special recognition to and celebrate the following children, as they are the top 3 MVPs from each Maths set!

Home learning so far 📞💻📚

Hello year 6, 🖐

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed calling and speaking to you yesterday. 😊

It was lovely to hear your voices and what a wonderful Christmas that you have had and also how successful you have been with the home learning already!

We have had so many of you email your completed work in and have been impressed with the quality so far. We have even received some pictures of the other activities you have been up to… keep them coming. 👍

As we are unable to have our Friday ‘Celebration Assembly’, tomorrow we will be sharing and celebrating a selection of the pieces of work we have received. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to post them all as there are sooooo many and I don’t think the website would cope (we don’t want it to crash again)! 🤪

Make sure you check the website tomorrow though to see if yours is on there! 🤩

Star Project!

A huge thank you to Andy and Wayne from West Mercia Police for working with Year 6 this week. We have have had such an informative and fun time learning about the law and staying safe.
