A massive well done to all of our children who performed so well at church in their Christmas performance on Thursday. We were incredibly proud of how well they did.

Mary and Joseph came to visit Year 2 on Thursday as part of our Las Posadas celebrations. The children were set the task of making a Christmas Wish that took into account thinking of others.

A lot of laughs were had in 2P today! Mr Porteous was carried around by Santa all day to get him through to the weekend.

Year 2 were able to make their own Christingle to take home as part of our Advent celebrations. A lot of the children were able to remember what each part of the Christingle represents from their celebrations in Year One.

All three Year 2 classes have given out a slip to each child which explains what part they will have in our Year 1.2 Christmas Performance. Please could your child’s costumes be brought into school by Monday 5th December if you decide to provide them with their own. Thank you for your support.

Last Friday, Miss Mogg came down to Year 2 to teach the children how to play the Ocarina.
