KS2 Cross Country ?

On Wednesday 25th April, we took a whopping team of just under 80 children to the Telford and Wrekin School Sports Partnership’s first KS2 Cross Country event since the COVID pandemic. We were so proud of the levels of perseverance that were displayed by our children throughout a very physically demanding course.

Sports Captain Applications

Just a reminder that Sports Captain application letters for children in Years 3, 4, 5 or 6 need to be handed in to the school office by Friday. The new badges were delivered today ready for our new Sports Captains once they have been selected.

Back to the 80s 🎤🕺💃

What a show!
We had the time of our lives watching ‘Back to the 80s’ performed by TPS secondary school. The children were all amazing and couldn’t take their eyes off the drama! Well done to all of the children who performed; we all thought you were fantastic! Year 5 are now really looking forward to their production of Joseph.
Tickets are available to the public now for this Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings’ performances of Back To The 80s via the TPS website and social media pages.

We were then lucky enough to receive a drumming workshop with Mr Millington which tested all of the children’s (and adult’s) rhythm and coordination!

Iron Age Art

We have started our next Art topic which links to the Iron Age which we are learning about in History.

Check out this double heart Celtic knot that we had a go at this afternoon…
