Half Term Family Fun! 😁😍🥰🤩

Year 6 we are so proud of how well you have been working throughout this tricky half term! 🥰

Now it is the half term holidays and time to have a well deserved rest and some fun!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀

What a fantastic well-being week we have had Year 6!

It has been so lovely to see you ‘expressing yourself’ and completing such varied activities at home and within school.

Week 5 Home Learning (1st February) 📚😊

Hello Year 6! 😊

Well done for a fantastic effort with your home learning this week! 👍 We can tell that you are all working really hard and we are very proud of you 😊. You are doing an amazing job – keep up the great work everybody! 👍😊

This week (beginning 1st February) is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week 🥰 so our timetable is a little different this week. In the afternoons, one area of well-being is covered each day, and there are a choice of activities relating to these themes for children to choose from.

English lessons this week are all based around reading a book of your own choice and then completing follow-on activities. In maths, the lessons focus on area and perimeter. As with last week, some of the maths activities are labelled 1 star or 2 star. The 1 star activity is more straightforward than the 2 star; choose which activity you would like to do depending on how confident you feel. If you are super-confident, why not try the challenge activities?! ⭐
